Kathleen Tanabe Kelley, being a native Californian, has had many years of experiences living in the Bay Area.  She was born in the East Bay where she grew up and attended school.  She has lived in San Francisco, San Mateo, Cupertino and now resides in Silver Creek/Evergreen, San Jose (South Bay).

 

She has been a licensed REALTOR agent for 20+ years, both here in California as well as in Arizona.  Holding 2 licenses she is well educated in real estate.  Education being a very important part of her career, she has completed 92 hours of live course instruction to obtain her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.  GRI is a nationally recognized professional designation where there are only a very small percentage of realtors willing and dedicated to the profession to obtain their GRI designation. 

 

She is currently of has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Santa Clara Association of Realtors, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, South East Valley Association of Realtors (Arizona), Woman's Council of Realtors, Villa Montalvo and the Veterans of Foreign War's Auxiliary (because her father Harry Tanabe fought in World Way II for the United States Army).

 

Her biggest passion in her life is helping others.  She really enjoys assisting her clients with the sale or purchase of their home.  She will not only complete the necessary contracts and forms; but she will also answer any and all of your real estate questions such as: different ways of marketing your home, how to show your home, what you should be looking for in your new home, how it may resell at a later date, set up broker tours, advertise, hold open houses, produce color flyers, keep you up to date on the current market conditions, and can assist you in finding you another real estate professional in the event you are looking to move to or from any other area, nation wide.
